A major development, it will create up to 1,500 jobs, boosting the Lancashire economy and attracting key investment, including first occupier Kerakoll Group, expanding from Leyland. With 800,000sq ft of high quality, sustainable space, APTUS has already seen strong interest due to its prime location at Junction 31A of the M6.
