Completion Announcement 📣 We’re excited to share the completion of a brand new £15 million industrial and logistics facility at Airport Business Park Southend (ABPS) for Ipeco Holdings, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of aircraft seating. This new building doubles Ipeco’s manufacturing space at ABPS, just under two years after they first joined the park with a 124,000sq ft purpose built unit, also delivered by HBD. In more great news for ABPS, HBD has secured planning permission for an additional 75,000sq ft across two new units. These units will be marketed to potential occupiers on a design and build basis, with construction expected to begin in Q1 2025.
