The journey > the destination. The feeling of reaching your goal is great, but what's even better is realising how far you've come and how much you've grown along the way. Progress isn't a linear journey, so you have to fall in love with the process. Here are some tips on how to stay motivated throughout your journey: 🎯 Don't get lost along the way, make sure your goals are clearly defined. 🔍 Sweat the small stuff and align your daily habits with your bigger goals. 💭 When motivation falls short, be disciplined; remember why you started. 💪 Be adaptable, agile and resilient to change as your path unfolds. 🎉 Appreciate and acknowledge your wins, both big and small. 🏃 When in doubt, zoom out. You've made great progress, why stop now?

We touched down in Las Vegas on the weekend, who spotted us? 👀🇺🇸 It was an honour to support two of our athletes, Chris Bumstead and Ryan Terry, as they competed for titles at one of the most renowned bodybuilding events in the world. An undeniable legacy. This weekend, two Gymshark athletes won the Mr. Olympia title for consecutive years. 🏆 Chris Bumstead. 6x Classic Physique Champion. 🏆 Ryan Terry. 2x Men’s Physique Champion.

As part of our mission to make working out more accessible, we've been hosting a series of female-focused events at our flagship store to help educate, inspire, and empower our female community! We've enjoyed welcoming people to work out with their fave athletes, the all-girls Run Club and a store-lock-in with panel talks and mindfulness activations. 💡 Fun fact: although our HQ is based in Birmingham, our UK-based employees are spread across the country, from London to Rhyl to Glasgow, with some of the team even living in Paris! Travel boundaries are different for everybody, so we're curious… 💭

Goodbye summer poke bowls, hello winter noodle bar 🍜 To get the team prepped for winter, the amazing chefs at Refuel, our employee canteen, have swapped out our poke bowl station for an Asian noodle bar, serving both bone broth and plant broth as part of a new dish every week. This week we have a traditional Japanese Kombu Dashi Ramen 🤤
