Absolutely loved seeing the outcome from our latest recipe shoot 📸- always a big team effort! (some of the shots are attached). We've got a punchy new Korean range hitting the menu soon - lots of gochujang and gochugaru (aka Gary) - I hadn't come across Gary before but he's a fiery lad 👨🚒🔥. Flavor-wise, gochugaru delivers a direct heat, like a bold chilli punch, as opposed to his more popular big brother gochujang which balances the heat with a mix of sweetness and umami. New ingredients hitting the menu that customers haven't necessarily cooked with before still gives me a buzz. We ate of lot of the new range during the 2 day shoot last week and suffice to say I think you're going to enjoy it. We also did some secret shooting for a new partnership you might just have heard of!! TBA 👀👀👀 I know the recipe dev team will absolutely hate me attaching their modelling shoot we did alongside (but they're the ones who did all the work). Seems like appropriate conditions to shamelessly shout about about our new summer tapas range, which has just gone live on the Grubby menu☀️. It's been a real chore having to taste test these over the past few months 👀, Best served with an ice cold jug of Sangria 🍹. Ft: 👉Oyster mushroom 'Calamari' with pan con tomate, rocket and garlic aioli 👉Spanish Tortilla With Roasted Pepper Salad & Aioli 👉Patatas bravas, tofu nuggets, charred little gems 👉Meatball Albondigas, courgette salad 👉*Chorizo, Padron peppers, chickpea stew *Squeaky Bean's cooking chorizo made with Pea, Fava Bean Protein and Ancho Chilli is seriously impressive, a must try. 🙏 Big up to Fergus Smithers and Hannah Mariaux for bringing this concept to life, and thanks to Uyen Luu, Lucy Turnbull and Wai-Kin Cheng for their usual creative flair and attention to detail in making these look as good as they taste! 📸 #teamgrubby #recipedevelopment

I hope they don't mind me posting this but this was our first home delivery 4 years ago that me and Song-lian Li-everington delivered together by bike 🚴 and I'm very happy to say they're still customers today. A fair bit has happened since - for starters we don't deliver in flimsy bags anymore (turns out boxes 📦 are a bit more sturdy). The stomach churning highs and lows of the Grubby rollercoaster have been quite intense at times but we're still on the ride, strapped in, wanting more 🎢 A big thanks to every single Grubby customer - you're the reason we exist, why we love what we do and why we keep wanting to raise the bar.
