Following the quick and successful uptake of the Electric Vehicle Purchase Incentive, with over 900 applications approved, it is expected that the scheme will close before the end of this year. The remaining funds will be administered on a first come, first served basis. This scheme is now closed as all 25 incentives have now been allocated.

Businesses in Jersey can apply for up to £4,000 towards the purchase of second-hand electric vans to support the move away from petrol and diesel vehicles. There are 25 higher value incentives available which will be administered on a first come first served basis. Businesses can apply for and be awarded up to 5 incentives. Tranche 3 applications close on Sunday (20th Oct). First Step scheme, in partnership with Andium Homes has reopened. If you are registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway, you are again invited to apply for the scheme if you: ✅ hold 'Entitled' status ✅ be registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway ✅ be able to access the maximum lending available to them from one of the scheme’s partnering mortgage lenders ✅ not be under offer on another assisted purchase scheme ✅ be able to provide a 5% deposit towards the purchase. You could be eligible for the scheme and receive up to a 40% means-tested loan towards your desired property on Jersey's open market (up to the value of £750k).
