It was an absolute pleasure for Executive Chef-Orson Vergnaud at Petrus by Gordon Ramsay & Head of Talent Acquisition-Nicky Blamire to spend time with the learners at Suffolk New College to discuss their industry work placements, as part of their Level 3 Chef Course, as well as the exciting opportunities available at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants when they’ve finished their studies. Orson also led a demonstration of the infamous Dover Sole dish on the menu at Petrus and other masterclasses. An amazing experience for our Team to spend time with the learners, provide industry insight across the portfolio at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and showcase our ongoing commitment to the development of young chefs within the industry.
