About us

We are an International Recruitment Consultancy working with start-ups and large technology corporations to recruit the most talented professionals for tech teams, helping organisations to scale rapidly and build the technologies and products of the future. Since 2012, we have applied our consultancy services to more than a 150 small to large international companies spread across Europe, the US, Africa and Asia, helping them to fill thousands of open positions. Our experience has allowed us to build a transparent and effective delivery process for recruitment, redefining traditional recruitment approaches. With our on-site, remote or hybrid embedded (RPO) Talent Partner Model, we place our highly-qualified recruiters inside businesses to support, improve and/or carry out their hiring process(es). Our team use the latest technologies and tools to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders involved, including our client's internal hiring talent teams and hiring managers, our own talent partners and account managers. Apart from delivering amazing talents for teams, we also offer DE&I sourcing and analysis, culture & value creation, interview training across the C-Suite and management, and creation of Talent Events.

    Let’s talk about the Culture. 👩💻 🤝 I believe, I’m not the only one who crossed the door of a new office and felt like people are: 👉 Punished to be there 👉 Don’t like each other 👉 Stressed and anxious  👉 Onboarding person doesn’t really care you are here 🤷♀️ Creating good office culture is not rocket science, still the majority of companies forget that’s more important than any benefit you can offer. So what’s work Culture for me ❓ It’s energy you give and receive from other people, inclusivity, unspoken values and effort to maintain a safe space, where we spend the main part of our days. That’s why I wanted to thank Global M and Kantox for giving me the opportunity to join the office in Barcelona 🌆 ☀ . Nick, Ellie and Elizabeth 🇺🇦🇬🇧 took the best care of me before my day one and Nicolas, Irene, Hadi, Gemma, Tamara, Patrycja, Ricardo, Giuseppe, Laia and Francisco welcomed me with open arms. I was truly surprised and I don’t want to jinx it 🤞 , but I believe it will be a great journey, because one of the main points people in Kantox like to mention, is their healthy environment. 💹 From the beginning they gave me the benefit of the doubt and fully onboarded me as a member of their Team. It has only been the first weeks, but I haven’t done as many social activities in the professional environment for a long time. PS: also view from the 21st floor, directly taken out of BCN Travel Guide, doesn't bother 😁
