The award was for our Lumina Village deal in Trafford - securing two major funding agreements totalling £170million. Judges said they were “unanimous” in awarding us the accolade. This brand new drone photography shows the latest progress at Lumina Village, a site we’re bringing to life for Moorfield and Clarion Housing Group, with the help of Domis Construction and Caddick Construction. When complete, the mixed-use scheme in Trafford, Greater Manchester will deliver a total of 639 new homes, a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses. Our Glenbrook team enjoyed a breathtaking walk in the glorious Peak District this month - lead by experienced guide Linda Ashcroft. We navigated a challenging 13km route, with Linda guiding our hike and sharing interesting historical commentary of the area, before visiting Lud’s Church and walking along The Roaches. The scenery was stunning and gave the team the chance to catch up and enjoy a brilliant day out together. Here’s a sneak peak of our colleagues on their walk 🚶🏼♀️
