What will make VR more realistic? Realistic movement. The best way to support realistic movement is through a large physical space that allows users to move naturally. That said, large physical spaces aren't practical for: - Scalable adoption - Large multiuser simulations - Vast virtual environments Additional options: - Teleportation - VR treadmills - Unique motion devices (ex. GLYDR) - VR shoes (Freeaim video below) We've seen a few variations of all of the above but, without testing, Freeaim's shoe solution seems to be the most realistic for the largest number of use cases. Hopefully soon, these solutions will be fully ready/priced for consumer adoption and used by enterprise users at scale! What's your favourite VR accessory?
