Today marks World Mental Health Day, with the 2024 theme of "It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace."   To support this, ECI has launched a new series of mental health training sessions with WorkSpa UK, surveying our people about their concerns and kicking off with a session on the tools and resources available to people. This will build on previous training we've done on recognising early signs of burnout and creating the right culture to talk about mental health within organisations. and will be followed up with smaller group sessions on Beating Burnout and Building Resilience.   Head of People, Tamsin Webster, comments: "World Mental Health Day provides a good reminder to everyone about how we should be looking after ourselves and our colleagues.
