A global mpox outbreak is almost certain to continue spreading over the coming weeks and months, particularly in central Africa, the epicentre of the outbreak. The variant spreading, clade 1b, is a more contagious and deadly strain than clade II, which was prevalent during a similar outbreak in 2022-2023. Our data visualisation global map illustrates the number of confirmed mpox cases and deaths since 2022. We have produced this visual analysis to allow clients to monitor the spread of the viral illness globally and to track new cases reported each month. Data visualisations such as this are available to clients via our SIAS platform. To gain access, please get in touch with us today: https://lnkd.in/eT-CAcAJ #mpox
