➤ D&I and misconduct in Financial Services. In September 2023, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published a consultation paper in respect of a number of measures designed to promote diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the UK financial services sector, and proposing to amend the FCA Conduct Rules to specifically include non-financial misconduct such as bullying and harassment.
