    An amazing day for an amazing cause 🙌💙 Our COO Eric French and his team put their annual volunteer day to good use, supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities on their mission to support families with seriously ill children. The team spent the day at Evelina House near Evelina London Children’s Hospital – a ‘home away from home’ for families, allowing them to stay together and be close to their hospitalised loved ones. After a tour of the house, everyone rolled up their sleeves to get cleaning 🧽– so staff could prepare rooms quickly, and help new families settle in as soon as possible. A volunteering day well spent 👏

    We’re helping our riders #ChargeSafe! 🔌 🚴 We’re proud supporters of London Fire Brigades’ #ChargeSafe campaign, which has been endorsed by the Mayor of London and focuses on providing safety advice to e-bike and scooter riders. Our Rider Roadshows are a fantastic platform to engage with riders directly – so this campaign was the focus of our most recent Roadshow as we visited Shoreditch Fire Station, where riders could speak to firefighters, watch safety videos, and receive guidance on how they can use their device safely. Together with London Fire Brigade, we can help our riders stay safe 🙌 #Deliveroo #FireSafety #Partnership

    Riders are at the core of what we do… 🚴♂️🫶 …and we want to help them grow as much as possible. Our Rider Academy, launched in 2020, is testament to that – serving as a platform that riders can use to pursue further education, with a focus on digital skills. But that’s not all. In Hong Kong, we know that riders face language and cultural challenges, so the Academy’s partnership with Lynx Educate introduced the CanToLearn programme, providing non-native speakers with a basic understanding of Cantonese, making community integration that much easier.
