The Grand Slam of Darts is coming to Wolverhampton this week, with stars like Luke Humphries, Luke Littler, and Women's World Matchplay champion Beau Greaves set to compete. However, despite growing visibility, only a small number of female players are expected to feature in the 32-player lineup, highlighting the ongoing gender disparity in the sport. While female players like Greaves, Fallon Sherrock and Lisa Ashton are breaking barriers, the gap remains wide. Nevertheless, progress is being made. As a company with nearly all female colleagues, we're hopeful the rise of women in sports continues, following the example set by Paris 2024’s equal gender split. #cse #diversity #equality #diversityandinclusion #femaleathletes #darts #grandslam #wolverhampton #westmidlands #sportsevents #athletes
