Ana Kekovska, Group Head of Corporate Services at Crestbridge, recently wrote to S&P Global's Joyce Guevarra about the allure of US REITs for UK investors, explaining their stability, diverse asset classes and strong performance compared to UK real estate investments. The wider article points out that foreign institutional ownership in US REITs has grown to 17.3% of the total market capitalisation, an increase of 77 basis points from the previous year, with UK-based investors holding the largest share.
