As we gear up for #LSIUSA25 we’re showcasing the innovators from around the globe who are selected to present in Dana Point, California. Today we’re showcasing: 1. Nelson PattersonAnavasi Diagnostics® → A molecular diagnostic company using miniaturized RT-LAMP technology to provide lab-quality molecular diagnostic results in the CLIA-waived / POC environment, and eventually, the home -- in 30 minutes, on average. 2. James DacombeCoMind → Developing a noninvasive solution to transform the way the brain is monitored. The company provides a multidimensional view of brain activity using light. CoMind's mission is to change the way neuroscience and neurosurgery are conducted by expanding the amount of information available to clinicians to enhance the clinical management of neurological disorders. 3. Sydney RobinsonVessl Prosthetics → Providing a solution for the hundreds of thousands of amputees who struggle to adapt to loss of limb. The company is designing an automatically adjusting prosthetic socket that redistributes pressure around the leg in response to changes in limb size. We look forward to seeing these innovators take the stage March 17th - 21st in Dana Point. Want to see what other innovators are presenting at LSI USA ‘25? Head over to our website to see the 125+ innovators selected to present. Interested in presenting at the event? Apply to present on our website today while space is still available.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to talk at the first Angelini Ventures Summit. Firstly, a big thank you to Elia Stupka, Paolo Di Giorgio, Tanja Dowe, Sergio Marullo di Condojanni and the rest of the incredible Angelini Ventures team for organising such a meaningful event. My talk covered the work we are doing at CoMind to redefine the way the brain is measured and treated to optimise patient outcomes across the care continuum. After my talk, I joined a panel alongside Ben Maddison, Tanja Dowe, Regina Hodits and Silvia Wang to discuss the future of HealthTech. The conversation touched on key areas of transformation, including Life Sciences, Digital Health, AI and MedTech, as well as how we can work together to push the boundaries of patient care.
