Thank you The Good Economy for continuing to consider Cheyne Impact Real Estate's model to be "a best-in-class approach to accelerating the supply of affordable housing" in your latest social impact report on the strategy. We remain firm in our belief that #additionality is key to impact investing and we therefore strive for pure additionality through the provision of affordable homes on a voluntary basis, in excess of planning requirements and without the use of government grant funding. Our second key tenet is #inclusivity and we ensure inclusive and sustainable communities through providing all homes on a 'tenure blind' basis with identical high-quality specification and service levels across all housing tenures. #impactinvesting #affordablehousing

We're proud to have our unique approach to the delivery of much-needed affordable housing recognised with a shortlisting in the #Impact category at the Local Government Chronicle Investment Awards 2024. The majority of Cheyne Impact Real Estate's affordable housing is provided on a voluntary basis, without the use of government grant, making it truly additional. Furthermore, our schemes are always 'tenure blind' with consistent and high-quality specification and service levels across both market-rate and discounted rent homes, creating sustainable and inclusive communities. https://lnkd.in/e-UfeSqG #affordablehousing #impactinvesting
