There is no such thing as a single provider with a single platform. You must configure your payments infrastructure according to your needs, and your PSP must be modular. Lily Varon from Forrester puts this way better than me. ◾ Performance at speed is imperative - yes acceptance rate is the hero KPI, but there's just so many other services that have to happen in 336ms Mariano Albera 🔢 Data is our secret weapon - in a way, just like marketing embracing digital and proving impact on growth, payments professionals have empirical data at their fingertips and have currency to drive change in their organisations. Save and/or spend in real time using the funds that are driven by payments.     That's a wrap from Thrive 2024! 🎇 Checkout.com An amazing week shared with brilliant customers and colleagues, discussing the ever-changing payments landscape and exchanging incredibly insightful ideas💡Here are my top takeaways: 1. Payments need to be inivisble 🫥 consumers don't like parting ways with their cash (even for Taylor Swift tickets) so it's our industry's job to make payments as frictionless as possible 2. We can make AI more than just a buzz word 🤖 whether it's in fraud, checkout customisation, performance, or more - there is a drive to supercharge our industry whilst keeping it hyper-personal 3. Capture every basis point 🥅 payment performance is ever changing and there is no rest in helping merchants capture every cent of lost revenue.
