CHP, Myriad and Chartway today announce a new partnership to deliver 35 energy-efficient homes at Tye Green, Cressing in Braintree, Essex. The announcement coincides with CHP and Myriad Housing successfully purchasing development land with outline planning consent for 35 houses at Tye Green. The proposed 100% affordable development represents the shared values to deliver accessible housing options for the community. With a focus on affordability, the project will provide new homes for rent and shared ownership sale, helping local people to access the rental and sale market in the area at affordable levels.
