This project was one of our bigger ones last year and one we are really proud of! This project needed to work for a family with young children, without becoming a 'kids garden'. Sectioning the garden into areas where the children could play whilst adding fabulous seating and dining areas, complete with a bespoke Corten outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, this garden works for everyone. And with specimen trees and beautiful planting it fits beautifully together. Many clients come to us after the building works have been completed, but it makes much more sense to have one vision for the house and garden...not to mention the cost saving of planning at the same time. One of our projects last year was to transform this large garden into sectioned areas which each delighted in their own way. The design team enjoyed looking at how to section the areas to create a large level lawn, bold seating areas, a statement water feature and new planting and large trees to create screening and shape. An outdoor kitchen to be jealous of! 😍 The brief was to create a space that matched the arts and crafts style of the house and needed to feature an outdoor kitchen, pergola dining area, statement water feature and create a new level lawn with steps leading to the sloped garden beyond.
