Quality assurance engineering, technical support, and advice in the following areas, • New product development • Sourcing Procurement of food commodities • Checking ingredients/product specifications • Bespoke food manufacturing company visits • Shelf-life assessment • Labeling • Process Engineering • Cost and value engineering • Quality monitoring • Product quality attribute specifications -Lead a team focused on continuous improvement, process controls, performance metrics, customer complaint resolution, and manage the voice of the customer feedback. -Lead the development, management, and implementation of quality control programs that guarantee delivery of consistent, high-quality products that meet customer specifications. -Manage QC data collection/reporting system. -Verify and statistically analyze data to ensure execution of programs at the time of manufacture and ensure specification compliance. -Analyze product quality metrics and trends, audit data, customer feedback, and workgroup input - Ensure reporting of information as a tool to drive improvement -Collaborate with all relevant parties to identify root causes, facilitate the development of corrective actions, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. -Serve as a key contact point for internal/external business units for general QC information requirements. -Manage quality control monitoring programs and training to manufacture employees for delivering consistent outcomes within established standards for customer specifications and production goals. -Lead the development, management, and implementation of quality control programs that guarantee delivery of consistent, high-quality products that meet customer specifications. -Create structure and organization of QA files of required suppliers, audits, operating procedures, product information, compliance documents, certificates, and/or critical supporting data -Implementing Food Safety Management System
