This August, we launched our first-ever beach activation at Egypt’s vibrant North Coast, and what an incredible experience it has been. Launching at the stunning Seashell and Swanlake, we’ve brought the Bupa Global experience right into the heart of the North Coast. The North Coast is the perfect destination for a summer getaway, with its beautiful beaches and lively atmosphere. It’s the ideal setting for us to elevate our brand presence and engage with our existing and potential customers. Over the past couple of weeks, the Bupa Global beachside booth has been a hub of engaging activities focused on health and wellbeing. Visitors can create their own refreshing smoothies at our "Make Your Own Smoothie" station and participate in art and recycling workshops. The energy and enthusiasm on site is absolutely fantastic. If you happen to be at Telal in the North Coast area during this week, be sure to stop by and see us - we’d love to connect with you. #HealthInsurance #EgyptNorthCoast #SummerwithBupaGlobal #BupaGlobal #BupaEgypt

As sponsors of the recent IEBA (International Employee Benefits Association) 22nd Annual Conference in Brussels, we had the opportunity to engage with industry leaders and professionals, resulting in insightful conversations about innovative strategies that enhance employee wellbeing and benefits.   We were delighted to have over 80 attendees during the Bupa Global breakout session ‘Empowering Tomorrow's Workforce Today’.   "Brilliant engagement at the IEBA conference as I shared the global approach that we have created to care for our colleagues at Bupa, and I was fortunate to be accompanied by our client Citi, with Jenny Rolfe's inspirational implementation of our flagship preventative health education programme Personal Energy. We received some great questions, so hopefully we will see many more companies focusing on developing holistic wellbeing programmes for their people in the coming months and years," said Julie Stephens, Global Director of Wellbeing, Inclusion, Health & Safety at Bupa Global.   “Attending the IEBA conference was a fantastic opportunity and helped us delve into the evolving landscape of global employee benefits. The exchange of ideas and best practices was invaluable, offering fresh perspectives on how to create inclusive and supportive benefit programmes that not only meet the complex needs of global employees but also drive engagement and retention,” shared Adam Lovett, Head of Sales & Distribution at Bupa Global Europe.   A big thanks to IEBA for creating an open and collaborative platform with an international sense of purpose to share knowledge and best practice. We look forward to working together in the future!   #BupaGlobal #EmployeeBenefits #PersonalEnergy #IEBAConference

Employee wellbeing is now one of the biggest determinants of productivity, performance, and profitability. If it isn’t already, it should be a key priority for all organisations – large and small. But we know it evolves quickly, it’s personal and it means different things to different people, so it can be challenging to create global wellbeing strategies that work for everyone. In our latest ‘Perspectives by Bupa Global’ event that returned earlier this week, Carl Blake, Partnerships Development Director, hosted our expert panel as we explored our latest topic:    ‘Healthy returns: What the future of wellbeing means for your business’.   We were delighted to be joined by Julie Stephens, Director of Wellbeing and Health and Safety - Bupa, Steve Iley, Chief Medical Officer – Jaguar Land Rover, Ebenezer Adeniyi, Reward Business Partner - Hg Capital, and Gethin Nadin, Chief Innovation Officer – Benefex. We used the session to explore what’s next for wellbeing, the differences in generational expectations, as well as providing practical advice and support for designing global wellbeing strategies that work for employees and your business.    It was clear from the discussion that workplace wellbeing is evolving rapidly, and employees are seeking organisations that not only offer comprehensive reward programmes, but comprehensive wellbeing programmes.    It was great to see so many of our partners across the globe joining the session – we’re excited for the future of wellbeing and we look forward to going on this journey with you.    #globalhealthcare #futureofwellbeing #bupaglobal #ipmi #perspectives #bupaglobal
