We recently completed on a development finance facility with Triple Point brokered by Aureum Finance. The facility will provide a small land loan and 100% build costs for the construction of 3 x 4 bedroom barn style family homes, located in a beautiful West Norfolk village. The dwellings will be built in part using locally sourced chalk, handmade bricks in a Flemish bond with white cement.
