British Airways is celebrating 100 years of flying to India 🎉 To mark the occasion, we’ve created a bespoke in-flight menu that showcases the rich flavours of Indian cuisine. Our customers can enjoy Phaldari Kofta and Rogan Josh in First, Shahi Paneer Korma in Club World, and a choice of Young Jackfruit Biryani or Zafrani Chicken in World Traveller Plus and World Traveller. All dishes are available on routes to India, North America and Canada, from Heathrow Airport during October and November. #BritishAirways #India100

Achieving net zero by 2050 requires bold, innovative action today, as well as long-term transformation. That’s why we are sharpening our focus to deliver tangible progress by 2030. Today we announced that we are purchasing more than £9 million worth of highly durable carbon removals credits in the UK and overseas over the next six years, making us the largest carbon removals purchaser in the UK and the largest purchasing airline of carbon removals.* While small in comparison to our total emissions, these projects are crucial in stimulating the carbon removals market and laying the groundwork for the changes needed to meet our climate goals. Our focus to 2030 also includes embedding a culture of sustainability across British Airways, by introducing new internal carbon reduction targets and launching a new sustainability learning programme, to inform and inspire colleagues and identify further areas of improvement to help drive change.
