Mid-season analysis of our Every Seat Counts policy show that increased use of our ticket exchange has improved average occupancy at the Gtech Community Stadium this season💺📈 We introduced the policy at the start of the 2023/24 season to reduce the number of empty seats on matchdays, ensuring we have as many Bees fans as possible in the ground to support the team. Results show: 🎟️ Average season ticket holder attendance has increased to 96% for this season and last season combined 🎟️ 15% increase in the number of general admission tickets purchased on the ticket exchange for the first 10 league games 🎟️ 124% increase in the number of premium tickets purchased on the exchange for the first 10 league games The ticket exchange solution is enabled by Ticketmaster Sport who have supported the club in creating a better ticketing experience for fans. About us
Brentford FC is a bit different to other Premier League football clubs. We put our fans first, we are a true community club and while we are financially sustainable, we are not afraid to take calculated risks. We take huge pride in our environment and culture within the Club which focuses on development, inclusion and not being afraid to think differently. Being progressive, humble and respectful while sticking together as one team across the Club guides how we work and the decisions we make each day. We also firmly believe that a diverse workforce is a better workforce which will help us develop ideas, solve problems and ultimately grow Brentford FC. We play in the Gtech Community Stadium, 15 minutes from Heathrow in vibrant west London. We will never forget where we have come from, but we are excited about the future that lies ahead.

Last year, we worked with Football For Future to educate our staff on sustainability and the impact of climate change on football 🌍⚽ 250 staff took part, including our senior leadership, coaching staff, B team, Women's team and our catering, grounds and off-field departments. The training aimed to help our people understand how each individual can contribute to Brentford's sustainable journey. As a result, 92 per cent of staff felt motivated to drive sustainability in their job role, with teams already working together to set targets for meaningful action, as well as inspire change outside of the workplace. 🕯️ Today, at Brentford Football Club, we came together to mark Holocaust Memorial Day. This year holds profound significance as we reflect on the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi concentration camp. We are deeply honoured to have welcomed Martin Hyman today, whose mother, Ilse, escaped Nazi persecution on the Kindertransport in 1938. Martin shared his memories, offering a poignant reminder of the courage and resilience of those who endured unimaginable hardship. Together, let us remember, reflect, and recommit to building a future rooted in understanding, compassion, and peace.

Every club has a story, but ours? Brentford Football Club, in the heart of west London, where data meets community, where head meets heart - it's a juxtaposition, but one that defines who we are: progressive, together, respectful. It's taken us here - our red and white stripes on the world stage, proudly representing our corner of London, our community, never forgetting where we came from. Fans, the heartbeat of our club. Players, committed to the game. We're all part of this plan, building something special - something that’s bigger than 90 minutes on the pitch. We are Brentford Football Club. We make our own way. #BrentfordFC #BeeTogether

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Brentford Football Club footballer Yoane Wissa and his wife Kahina to Royal Brompton Hospital. During their visit, they toured the hospital to see the remarkable work being done and learned more about the pioneering research into improving cardiac screening to help detect those at risk of sudden cardiac death under the age of 35, supported by The Heart of West London Partnership. We are deeply grateful to Yoane and Kahina for their time, interest, and support in raising awareness for this important cause. Their visit highlights the power of collaboration in advancing life-saving research and care for those affected by heart conditions. Yesterday, we gave everyone watching Brentford the opportunity to learn life-saving CPR skills ❤️🤍 We dedicated last night's match at the Gtech Community Stadium to the Heart of West London partnership - our campaign to improve cardiac health in our community. Our aim was to get as many fans as possible learning how to deliver CPR, and highlight the shocking stat that in the UK, 12 young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions every week. At the match: ❤️ Fans got live CPR demonstrations and watched video tutorials throughout the stadium ❤️ The players warmed up in '12' shirts and walked out to a fan display, highlighting the severity of young cardiac death in the UK ❤️ Special Brentford match shirts were worn, featuring the heart-shaped CPQR code that when scanned, opens a two-minute CPR instructional video ❤️ Brentford hall of famer Andy Scott and Dr Steven Cox, CEO of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) in the Young chatted about the campaign pitch-side and why learning CPR is so important Thank you to all of our fans that learned CPR on the night. Scan the CPQR code at the end of this gallery and take two-minutes to learn CPR. It may be the most important two minutes of your life. #HeartOfWestLondon #BrentfordFC
