Prompting is cool and all, but what can someone with no coding skills accomplish with 2 hours of free time thanks to ChatGPT? Quite a lot actually. Last night I spent some time creating this Paid Media Scenario planner using ChatGPT. I explained the features I wanted and how I wanted it to look and it did the heavy lifting. This planner: - Allows the user to add multiple channels and provide three different budget scenarios for each - "conservative," "moderate," and "aggressive" - After the other key metrics like CPC, CVR, and Conversion Value are added, the planner generates a 'Scenario Comparison' table - A heat map is applied for the CPA and ROI calculations to easily see which scenario will produce the best results - Visualizations with hover effects are added for the key metrics - The user can also download the output table to a CSV While this is by no means a fully polished product, it is quite interesting to see what can be accomplished in so little time with just a little spark of creativity. And when I want to add more features, I simply ask "What can I add to make this more useful?" Once I began experimenting with these tools, new pathways began to open in my brain, and the results have been engaging. The lofi beat used in the video was also made with AI.
