It’s meet the team Tuesday, and we are thrilled to introduce you to our CEO, Jennifer Innes! 👋 💭 Jennifer began her journey at BettingJobs in 2006, when the industry was still very much in its infancy. As the company’s first female employee, Jennifer joined a team consisting of just five other staff members and was based in a small office above a dental lab in Tradeston. 18 years later, and Jennifer is now the proud CEO of BettingJobs. Jennifer actively reinvests her extensive industry knowledge and experience by mentoring new team members and sharing her insights with the broader industry. This year alone, Jennifer has been consulted for her expertise in various industry articles, podcasts, panels, and newsletters. Additionally, she was shortlisted for the CEO of the Year title at the prestigious Global Gaming Awards. 🏆 Jennifer recently celebrated her milestone 18-year work anniversary by sharing her favourite memories from her time at BettingJobs. A highlight of Jennifers was making her very first placement (Bill Rini as Head of Poker at Party Poker). The first ICE London Jennifer attended (previously held at Earl’s Court) was a core memory, along with hosting client golf days at The Wynn in Las Vegas. Jennifer also details the numerous incentive and conference trips she has embarked on with the team, including skiing in the French Alps, attending G2E Asia in Macao, and mentoring her first member of staff, Carla Souter, who is now a highly respected industry figure thanks to Jennifers support guidance. 💡
