Today is International Day of Charity and we wanted to say the biggest thank you to some very special donors to our Stay Fresh campaign. Catherine Bossom made a huge donation of £1000, buying a mega 100 hygiene kits for schoolchildren across the UK. We are so utterly blown away by your kindness. Thank you, thank you! In addition to this, sSTRING chose us as their 'charity of the month' for the second time via our shared platform 1% for the Planet and, despite being a tiny but mighty team (like us) they donated over £1200 - words cannot express how far this goes in making a difference to our beneficiaries. We believe that cleanliness is inextricably linked to good health, confidence and dignity. Our wellbeing depends on it. Our belief is in beauty with purpose.We get donations of self-care and hygiene products into the hands of those in need via our partnerships with registered Foodbanks (both Trussell Trust Foodbanks and independent Foodbanks), domestic abuse charities, homeless shelters, NHS trusts and care leaver associations. We also work with schools to support children living in hygiene poverty. We work with complete discretion to protect the well-being of any school child who needs our support. Imagine getting ready for a day at work and not washing your body, brushing your teeth, or applying deodorant because you can't afford soap or toothpaste. Last year, we became the official oral care partner to Beauty Banks, and set up a hub at our warehouse to help them, help more people. Since then… - 306 unique donations have been sent to charity partners across the N/W, Wales and Scotland. - Operations have been scaled by 25% and the team have capacity to send even more from this site. - 5 volunteers have been trained and two of them work weekly onsite - Saved the charity thousands in warehouse lease fees and running costs! We are extremely proud to be working alongside Beauty Banks and joining their mission to end hygiene poverty across the UK. Beauty Banks and VIEVE hosted the most beautiful event in Glasgow this week. Thanks to all who participated and contributed so that women from two of our cherished charity partners could experience a day of pampering in the fabulous surroundings of The House of NAF. Yesterday VIEVE and Beauty Banks teamed up to host an event in Glasgow, our home city, to support two incredible charities. Both The Pyramid at Anderston and Refuweegee support women from the local community who we treated to a well-deserved day of indulgence, designed to uplift and empower. Hosted at NAF (Jamie Genevieve's go-to nail salon), they were offered nail treatments from their expert team, makeup touch ups from VIEVE makeup artists and hair styling by the team from Jack Baxter (Jamie's hairstylist). Even more friends of VIEVE including Mud Urban Flowers and Homemade along with La Roche-Posay USA contributed to the special day. We couldn't think of a better way to give back to a community so close to our hearts and seeing the women leave more confident than when they arrived shows the real power of beauty.

I am SO excited to launch this Swag Bags with Purpose campaign with 7 very special women raising money for 7 very special charities. ⚡️⚡️ Each of these beauty legends has designed a make up bag and a wash bag for Scamp & Dude with ALL of the profit from each bag going to a charity of their choice. If you remember back when Scamp & Dude was just 1yr old, we launched Swag Bags with Purpose with 5 of these women and we raised 35k for their charities, well this year we are aiming for 160k!
