Seating includes deep green banquettes and bespoke circular booths in warm tones. We are excited to share the recently completed office refurbishment for SG Kleinwort Hambros on the Esplanade. This project features a contemporary design that seamlessly blends minimalist aesthetics with biophilic elements, creating a versatile and inviting workspace. The thoughtfully designed open-plan layout includes various functional spaces, from a client suite and meeting rooms to dynamic collaboration areas, all crafted to enhance flexibility, productivity, and employee well-being. We had the pleasure of collaborating with an exceptional project team on the successful delivery of this Cat B fit-out. The refurbishment of Arnold House includes enhancements to the external façade, a complete Cat A fit-out, and comprehensive internal renovation. The reception area features timber-slatted panels, a statement wall covering and a vibrant green wall to introduce warmth and texture. The greenery, contrasts well with the minimalist white surfaces and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming yet professional ambience. The open-plan office area features a neutral colour palette with bright lighting and well-organized workstations, balanced with natural wood planters to integrate greenery throughout the space. A cohesive and welcoming environment, thoughtfully designed for both employees and visitors. Progress at Dementia Jersey’s new workspace is moving smoothly, with the Cat B fit-out well underway. The M&E first fix is complete, and partitions are now up and boarded, bringing the vision closer to reality. Breaking away from traditional office design, this space will embrace a fresh working ethos while creating a welcoming environment for Dementia Jersey’s clientele. The Dementia Jersey colour palette and brand guidelines will feature subtly throughout the scheme, complemented by bold shapes and unique finishes.
