Auburn Group is pleased to have started onsite at Ricard’s Lodge in early September, and we’re already making strong headway. So far, work has included redirecting student walkways, installing new fire escape routes, laying attenuation tanks, and diverting mains cables. These initial works are crucial in preparing the site for the next phase of construction, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and safe process moving forward. This summer, Auburn Group completed an essential project at Trinity SEND School, ensuring safe and functional learning spaces for the students while paving the way for future improvements. Our team worked on creating seven 1:1 rooms and a specialised sensory room, providing a supportive environment for individual learning needs. Externally, we built a secure drop-off area and a new play area with secure fencing, giving students a safe and engaging outdoor space. These facilities allow the existing structures to be demolished, making room for a purpose-built building that will enhance the school’s capacity for learning.
