We listened, learned, and embraced the powerful stories and experiences shared with us. Our commitment to understanding and valuing each unique story continues as we work to create a truly inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone on our team.

Continuing to inspire the next generation as part of our Generation 3 programme with aramco. Today we visited Silverstone Museum, where we hosted a series of talks and panels, sharing stories of innovation in the sector, to inspire and educate young women on routes into the industry and careers in STEM.

Thanks to Citi and the World Food Programme, these generous fans who donated to World Food Program USA were selected to join for a behind-the-scenes experience at the #USGP - being driven to track by Jessica Hawkins in a DBX, meeting our team and touring our garage!

Last week, we joined students from Rice University and Texas Southern University to engage in an evening of enlightening and inspiring discussions with some of our colleagues, Valvoline Global Operations and The Motorsport Culture Collective. The discussions covered everything from insight into how a modern F1 team operates to how we can increase diversity and inclusion in our sport and beyond. The event forms part of our Make A Mark Programme, which sees us work with our partners to make a lasting positive impact both at home and in the communities we visit during the season. #MakeAMark

Originals coming together to celebrate their love for motorsports. 🤝 Jessica Hawkins joined Valvoline Global Operations and NASCAR Legend Jeff Gordon at the Charlotte Motor Speedway to get behind the wheel and pilot a NASCAR for the very first time.

Earlier this week we held an event of inspiration and innovation with aramco and Rice University at Ion Houston to inspire future generations and those interested in STEM disciplines through the power of Generation 3.

The I / AM Experience in Austin was the place to be! Attendees enjoyed a day and night of #F1 action, live music, food and drink, special appearances and unforgettable moments in Austin's most sought-after rooftop location, SKYBOX.
