Earlier this week, we visited the LinkedIn HQ to host an insightful session exploring data-driven strategies for business development. The event was well-attended by APSCo members, who came together to discuss data literacy challenges and solutions.💡 We thought we'd share some of the key discussion points from the event: - Streamlining the process of moving to new CRM systems, and the importance of data cleansing and utilising automation before migration. - There are challenges facing consultants, such as spending a lot of time ploughing through data and not finding what they need. It’s crucial to adopt a data-informed approach rather than a data-led one and utilise your internal team members who are skilled at analysing datasets.
