We (at Aqua Catalysis) are buzzing to announce that we have been selected as award winners for the Best Small USA Business Awards 2024, this demonstrates the steps we are taking to accelerate growth and recognise our team's hard work. There have been difficult days during this project however we use these experiences to fuel our hunger to succeed and surpass any obstacles we face and receiving this award is the perfect way to take onboard feedback to build upon the success we have already had. You have to bet on yourself, bet on your teams, have a vision of what you are trying to do and when you get knocked down you get back up and you go and try and do amazing things to bring transformative change to the world!

Congratulations J'adore Models for being shortlisted for the Best for Inclusion (SME), we believe here at Aqua Catalysis healthy competition is to help promote diversity and inclusion which is incredibly important. Looking forward to push each other to new heights in this process!

This recognition highlights our dedication and innovative approach in the industry. A big shout out to our team and supporters for making this possible, enabling us to keep on pushing the boundaries. Our supporters have provided us with so much encouragement along our journey and we could not have done it without your support.

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Helen Fish from the GM Business Growth Hub to help provide support and guidance from her broad spectrum of experience. We would advise any SME based in Manchester to utilise this untapped resource.

Special thanks to Katie Richardson for stepping into my shoes for attending meetings with bid writers, helping double checking our accounts and helping provide assistance in raising money for WaterAid in the coming weeks. I would also like to thank Nehla Farhan for her contribution in establishing a sustainability policy, looking forward to see her suggestions being included in Yuna Kimura and Yanru Han biodiversity report. Well done!

I would like to thank Atif Riaz for preparing us for our upcoming visit to Scottish Water this weekend by researching further how wastewater plants function but also helping us prepare our questions to assist our research. Well done!
