Very Proud of our team's achievement in completing the fast last Friday, with a delicious meal at Haz. The day kicked off early for me at 4 am, starting with a homemade egg muffin, a selection of fruits, and hydrating with 1.5 litres of water. Undoubtedly, there were moments throughout the day that felt challenging, but the reward of breaking the fast at 18:30 made every effort worthwhile. A huge round of applause to everyone who participated, not just on Friday but throughout the entire month. Your commitment and resilience are truly inspiring. #team #fasting #dinner

2024 has been an adjustment, returning to 5 days a week in London. I’ve been catching the train into London Cannon st, it's been surprisingly great for networking, having met two actuaries on the train this week.
