Winch Design is an award-winning design studio, established in 1986 as a specialist exterior and interior yacht designer, by Andrew Winch and his wife Jane. With the focus on extremely high-end bespoke, dynamic design for a worldwide client base, Winch Design is now recognised as one of the leading International design and architectural studios, having added Aviation, Architecture and Interiors teams to the core yacht business. Over the years, Winch Design has established itself as the go-to design studio for individuals who expect not only the highest levels of design excellence but also a totally bespoke, integrated approach, individually tailored to their lifestyle, whether it is a home, yacht, private jet, helicopter or train! There is no house style and the scope of work is broad, to reflect each client’s dreams. We are delighted to introduce our latest QEST scholar Oliver Cook. Oliver is a sculptor creating sculptural objects and vessels in alabaster. His self-taught technique and process have developed organically following traditional carving techniques. The Winch Design team wish a fond farewell to our Barnes studio before we move into our new Putney address next week. Winch Design moved into the Old Fire Station in 1998, and it will always hold countless special memories to all the team and those that visited. However, we are all very excited for the next chapter ahead, with the entire team under one roof in our beautiful brand-new studio. Watch this space!
