In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of private client work with a particular focus on wills and powers of attorney, lifetime trusts and will trusts, and the drafting and administration of these. According to the latest figures, rural crime in Scotland saw a 35% increase in 2023 compared to 2022, with the UK's total cost of rural crime rising to £52.8 million, up from £50.6 million.
