What does wellbeing at work look like? Yesterday was World Mental Health Awareness Day, a day to recognise and promote all the many wellbeing solutions that can help you manage and improve your mental health at work. In recognition of this, our own inclusion advocates and mental health first aiders at Amoria Bond and Coalesce Management Consulting set up a week-long program of activity based around the five pillars of well-being: nutrition, sleep, connection, exercise and giving back. All this week we've been enjoying activity across our Manchester, Cologne, Amsterdam and Dallas offices, including: 👉A sponsored run at the Utrecht Singelloop, which several of our Amsterdam teams took part in to raise money for The Special Social Club 👉Office Yoga sessions in Amsterdam and Cologne 👉Mindfulness and meditation sessions in Dallas 👉 A week-long fitness competition in Manchester 👉Nutritional snacks and mindful eating advice in Cologne 👉Sleep-boosting snacks in Amsterdam 👉 A lunchtime wellbeing walk and talk, with free hot drinks in Manchester There's activities like this held year-round in all our offices, to make sure we're creating a positive, healthy and inclusive culture. We also have mental health first aiders in our offices, and wellbeing resources available to everyone to ensure all are able to feel supported at work.
