At Ambiris we specialise in placing mid-level to executive level candidates globally and we have recruiters who have made placements in Europe, the United States, Latin/ South America, and Asia across Sales, Operations, Engineering and executive level roles working for us. As a new recruitment start-up we believe that the phrase to define us is that we are Small enough to care, Experienced enough to understand and Determined enough to Succeed. Ambiris was started by our Managing Director Connor Kerr who after climbing the ranks in his previous role from starting with nothing to becoming a senior manager and constituently one of the company’s top 3 salespeople per year he decided to follow his dream of starting his own agency. Connor is a focused and determined individual looking to turn Ambiris into an established and leading company in not just UK recruitment but a recognised agency globally.

    Hello Connections,   After a very successful few years at Ambiris we now in a position where we are looking to aggressively expand our team.   We are looking for 4 divisional heads to come into the business to lead us into new markets and industries that we currently do no work in.   The role would be a pure sales role for the first 12 to 18 months but once the new market is up and running we would quickly be looking to build a team and division around this person.   The ideal candidate would need to have the following:   3 years of experience in recruitment as a minimum Commutable to Leeds city centre Existing Management experience preferred Would need to be an Ambitious, Motivated Self-Starter with Extensive Industry Knowledge   If you or anyone you could know with strong experience within the recruitment industry could be interested in joining a exciting start up company with huge potential for growth please can you connect with me on LinkedIn and we can look at getting a call booked in to discuss this all further.
