Today is World Mental Heath Day 🌎 This year’s theme is workplace mental health something we hold close to our hearts here Albert Bow. We have a responsibility to create an environment where our teams feel safe, valued, and heard. Last year, we were proud to raise £34,000 for Mind, supporting their incredible work in mental health advocacy. This achievement is a testament to the power of community and the impact we can make together! Lets continue pushing talking about mental health, not just today but every day.

Scotland Cap 1112. Ex professional rugby player now figuring out my next career beyond professional sport.
What a tough but incredible experience it was being involved in the Albert Bow cycle from London to Amsterdam. 404km over 3 days, raising money for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation in their fight against MND. Regardless how sore my body still is at the moment, I can’t wait to get involved again next year 🚲 We’ve raised nearly £12,000 so far but yet to reach our target. Massive thank you to everyone who’s donated already 🙌🏼 If you’re able to give then it would be hugely appreciated 💙💛💙 https://lnkd.in/eXrmEnhG

We've just completed an incredible 460km+ ride from London to Amsterdam and it was all in support of the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation in the fight against motor neurone disease (MND). 🧡 🧡 This challenge pushed us all to our limits—there were some extremely tough moments along the way. But as a team, we powered through, never losing sight of the cause that motivated us from the start. Together, we made it to the finish line! I want to give a massive shoutout to the 16 cyclists who rode every mile of this journey with determination and heart: Craig Trenier, Sinéad Clery, David McGuigan, Chloe Fletcher, Michael Butler, Alex Agar, Caroline Trenier, Harry Davies, Oliver Laity, Eduardo Joel Moffitt, Jack Dinneen, Joseph Dyer, Jamie Barton, Scott Steele, Martha Wilkinson Roberts, and James O’Connor (who not only cycled but also filmed the entire ride 🎥 full video coming soon). A huge thank you to our amazing support team for keeping us going—your efforts behind the scenes were invaluable: Ed Langdon, Alex Howells, John Agar and David Williams! Last but not least, a massive thank you to our sponsors. Your logos were worn with pride, and your support was key to helping us complete this challenge: Agar Commercial Property Consultants, Docusign, DPH MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD, Obi, Thompson Leisure Ltd, EOACC in United Kingdom, PlayOJO, Portwest, Gathr® - Formerly London Tech & PE Drinks, Catalyst and Prospera Wealth Management LLP. We rode for everyone affected by MND, and we couldn’t have done it without the support from each and every one of you! We are still trying to raise as much money as possible and extra support would be greatly appreciated - JustGiving: https://ow.ly/plzQ50TelFm
