October has been a fangtastic month! With thrilling events and brand new customers joining the Airship family, we've had a spooktacular time! We’ve been out and about, connecting with our community and brewing up plans for an amazing end to the year! 🎃👻 📈October overview Halloween emails hit our inboxes thick and fast and with Christmas bookings flying into all your venues, we saw over 79 million emails sent via Airship in October. Our conversion rates keep climbing with a hauntingly high average of 20% across our entire Airshipper family! 🚀 New additions to the Airship family Black Friday is on the horizon and we have a whole host of new recruits joining us just in time to get in on the festive fun. These include: FunBox, Storia and Claro. We’re excited to share our newest Airshippers soaring to success, including the likes of Truffle Burger, Yard Ball, Melita, inamo restaurants & inamo sukoshi, Spaceman Marketing, The Ebury TownHouse, and Upper Crust who are all already stepping up their CRM game with us. ⚡Fresh developments Introducing Flight Assist AI! This powerful new feature is set to change how we look at guest engagement at Airship. Huge appreciation for the development team on this one, special mentions to Julian and Patrick, alongside Allyson and Margarita—who have been hard at work bringing it to life. 🏃 Airship in action! Dan, Luci, Tess, Amy and Holly have all been out in the world spreading the Airship message at all of October’s bustling events! From Propel Info’s Talent and Training Conference to the Multiclub, the Hospitality Tech Expo, and the Independent Hotel Show London, we’ve been out connecting, sharing, and learning alongside industry friends and partners. It’s been fantastic to see so many familiar faces and meet new ones as we dive into what’s next for hospitality. 🌍 What’s going on in our world? Everything! Team Airship took over the field with a team football match organised by Adam, and it was a huge hit! A fantastic evening of friendly competition and some surprising moves — especially from our Head of QA Ryan, who showed off some seriously sneaky skills. We’re already ready for a second kick-off! 🏆 ✈️ Our Airship Captains A huge shoutout to our Customer Success team for their fantastic work this month, especially Dan Carey, who’s been delivering expert support and receiving amazing feedback from our customers.
