This development is all about advanced sustainability, smart modern living, and vibrant design, featuring sky lounges, neon art, and top-tier amenities. Fully let before its official launch, ensuring resident safety was a top priority. 🔗 Collaborators: Architect: tp bennett, known for their innovative and sustainable designs. Fire Engineer: BB7, specialists in fire safety and compliance. 🔥 The Challenge: Balancing a design-forward approach with stringent fire safety standards. The open-plan apartments and communal areas required a fire protection solution that was both flexible and unobtrusive to the architectural vision. ✅ The Solution: We worked closely with Dandi and the main contractor, ANTVIC LTD, to deliver six bespoke FC120E fire curtains. These curtains provide 120 minutes of fire and smoke protection, seamlessly blending with the interior design using a standard RAL colour. 🚀 The Result: Adexon successfully manufactured, supplied, installed and commissioned the FC120E fire curtains, including one that was measured at 6 meters wide and 3 meters high. Tailored to the unique dimensions and design of Dandi Battersea, these curtains ensure maximum safety while preserving the aesthetic integrity of the space.
