This morning at Active Prospects UK had the humbling task of writing over 200 individual thank you messages for our brilliant staff who were nominated for our recent awards. So many people just showing kindness, creativity, compassion everyday, and enabling people to live aspiring lives. I cannot express my awe and gratitude enough - people just doing amazing things. Social care can often be hidden but we know the power of great support working alongside people to change lives - and it is happening all around us!

A standout moment was celebrating Musa's journey from struggle to triumph.
