How often do you take time out with your team to just have some fun together? Feels like a bit of a luxury with lots of competing priorities. However when you do take the time the benefits are huge. So, last week, our Client Experience team briefly swapped their first-class account management skills for the thrill of the race track. Beyond the fast-paced fun and friendly competition, this go-karting afternoon was a fantastic opportunity for them to bond, celebrate our successes and refuel their motivation for the exciting year ahead. Introducing our amazing client experience team. - Missy Clements, Client Experience Director - Louise Colman, Account Director - Oliver Fairlie, Account Director - Josh Evans, Senior Account Manager - Luis Fernandes, Account Manager - Emily Gillum, Account Executive - Elsie Johnston, Account Executive

'If technology enables the tools that subsequently enable culture, a new class of Vector Databases and Embeddings have the potential to radically shift how digital experiences are created'. Back in April Michael Curtis our Head of SEO was on the main stage and at brightonSEO. It's worth taking 15 mins of your time to watch his presentation if you’d like to; Learn how the underlying technology behind AI can be leveraged by brands today to answer the biggest long standing challenge in digital marketing - the long tail. Find out how AI is driving a Cambrian explosion in technologies that fundamentally change how we create on the web, and what the web even is. Hear abut some practical examples of how relatively accessible technology available today can be used to solve specific problems in SEO. How does a startup make a splash in the pet food market and quickly become a household name?     Butternut Box | B Corp is doing just that with its innovative approach to delivering premium meals for pets. With a valuation exceeding £500 million in 2023, they’ve proven that a fresh perspective can redefine an industry.    Feeding our beloved pets can be complex - choosing the right ingredients and meeting specific dietary needs often feels overwhelming (just ask me and my dog, Mabel!).     Butternut Box is transforming the pet food experience and setting new standards in a traditional market.    What sets them apart? It’s their exceptional digital experience.     Here are five ways they’ve achieved this:    → Bright and Engaging Branding  → Innovative Onboarding Flow  → Humorous + Informative Content  → Commitment to Accessibility  → Responsive + User-Centric Design    While Butternut Box’s personalised pet food solutions may not always be the cheapest option, the convenience and quality of both their product and digital experience offer significant value. It’s a trade-off that pays off in enhanced ease and satisfaction.    In essence, Butternut Box isn’t just meeting market demands; it’s setting new benchmarks for how pet food is purchased and delivered. Their dedication to a superior digital experience and customer-centric service is a model for success in today’s competitive landscape.
