Originality/Value: Despite the significance of Implicit Leadership Theory in understanding leadership processes and its research spanning approximately fifty years, there is no existing effort in the literature to map the evolution of this field of study.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The method employed was bibliometric analysis, based on a systematic bibliographic survey of the APA PsycNet, Scopus, Web of Science, and Scielo databases. Two types of analyses were conducted. The first, called performance analysis, assessed scientific production in the field in terms of the quantity of documents during the study period, authors, institutions, productive journals, and countries, as well as research methods used. The second analysis, scientific mapping, utilized the tools Vosviewer and CitNetExplorer to chronologically assess citation relationships, as well as co-authorship and keyword co-occurrence analyses.
Results: The primary contributions of this article include: mapping the dynamics of development in studies on Implicit Leadership; analysis of key bibliometric indicators - the number of articles published per year, author productivity, most cited authors, most used keywords, productive countries and institutions, and the number of publications per journal; historical context and categorization of studies on Implicit Leadership Theory.

diferentes perspectivas e aplicações do Design Thinking desenvolvidas
por estudantes egressos e docentes do Programa de Pós-Graduação em
Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento (PPGEGC) e do Pós Design, ambos
da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

conhecimento: Maria Collier de Mendonça com a “Jornada do Usuário”;
Luciane Maria Fadel traçando a evolução do “Design de Substantivos ao
Design de Verbos”; Francisco Antonio Pereira Fialho com os Fundamentos
e Richard Perassi, trazendo a crítica construtiva e inteligente; além
de doutorandos (na ocasião) que atuaram como tutores, como o Ricardo
Pereira que sonhou reunir os trabalhos dos alunos em livros para melhor
disseminar as descobertas realizadas ao longo dessa fascinante jornada.
