that led to the collapse of the standard of media ethics focusing
primarily on print media. Author explores a question of the influence
of marketing agencies and agencies for public relations on creating
media content which paved the way for the manipulation of readers.
Also, the paper presents a summary of the study of ethics in the media
and cited opinions and views of well‐ known scientists and media theorists.
Considerable attention was given to the ethical dimensions of
public communication by examinating actions of journalists and
media workers associated with lying and placing the trivial and sensational
news rather than fundamentally important. The paper tries to
offer an answer to the question of whether advertising agencies and
agencies for public relations are true rulers of the communication process
in the world of modern media, and that the profit has become the
supreme value in the modern media, replacing the lofty ideals that
were once managed by journalists In this regard, this paper provides
professional ideals, in order to get a sense of the principles that govern
the behavior of professionals. Instead ofconclusion, author gives out
some of the criteria that should be the basis of building a functioning
system of media ethics.

As contemporary world is possible to describe best by Marshal’s McLuhan ‘’global village’’ where ... more As contemporary world is possible to describe best by Marshal’s McLuhan ‘’global village’’ where public space is transferred into cyber space, the place of artistic and cultural representation should use new media in order to promote itself and to become familiar with audience. Also, social media may be very effective in solving some problems considering some of the main cultural policy issues in Greece, such as return famous artifacts for Classical and Medieval period in homeland. In this paper, we are going to suggest some public relations strategies that museum may use on social network such as Facebook. Those strategies may bring some new audience to the museums and therefore increase public awareness about this problem. As there are no limits in cyber space, a pressure for bringing artifacts in Greece starts to be seen worldwide. This paper has aim to show how to manage social media in cultural organizations using case studies of Facebook pages of four selected museums – The Acropolis Museum in Athens, Byzantine and Christian Museum also in Athens, Museum of Byzantine Culture in Thessaloniki and Archaeological Museum which is settled also in Thessaloniki. In this work we will present some of the opportunities of social media, and some strategies for good Public Relation practices on social network.

marketplace, organizations need to foster their employees' creativity, because it is a prerequisite of organizational innovation. As creativity is a precursor of innovation, and as innovation is an example of creative solutions implementation, there are numerous situations which require creative behavior of employees and that can be labeled as "problems". Therefore, creative problem solving turns out to be relevant in understanding of creativity. The aim of this paper is to offer an answer to the question - how transformational leadership influences the improvement of the capacity for creative problem solving within the organization. On the basis of the relevant literature, but also numerous practical examples of successful companies, we realized that transformational leaders foster a creative attitude of the employees and help them to build capacity for creative problem solving. Also, we realized that many studies have neglected the psychological conditions under which this exchange takes place. As creative problem solving requires extensive and strenuous cognitive processes, we assumed that the role of psychological safety is necessary because employees need to feel free during proposing new creative solutions.

The paper problematizes the issue of media and journalistic ethics and seeks to show that the tru... more The paper problematizes the issue of media and journalistic ethics and seeks to show that the true application of the Code of journalists of Serbia in everyday media practice is one of the main prerequisites of a democratic society. The aim is to formulate normative ethical principles of right and honest journalism. In order to fulfill its public opinion function, and that those who shape public opinion contributed to the reduction of anomalies in the society, the most important is the existence of a certain moral framework. Journalists and media professionals are those that create or destroy moral attitudes in our society and quality journalism comes down primarily to the ind‐ividual ethics of responsibility. The greatest threat to journalistic truth usually occurs during periods of social and political crisis, which undoubtedly testifies empiricism media in Serbia from 1990‐ies of XX century. Code of Ethics of Journalists has a fundamental sense only if it results from the broader social context that is characterized by acceptance of a certain system of universal values. In Serbia, serious regulation of ethics of the media not only has not begun, but it could be said to be some kind of record deficits in terms of both strategic and descriptive, empiric, technological aspects of regulation and standards of ethical issues.

We selected the most popular opinions theories about the effects and im‐pacts of mass media, and the conclusion is that the audience and viewers sre completely powerless to resist the media impact.. Thinking if thereʹs anything that could, if not prevented then at least mitigate the effects of media, we have an oppinion that knowing the essence of the media and the correct ʹʹreadingʹʹof media messages may help preveting manipulation. Media education may bring that knowlegde. Adequate media education may help to future generations and make them able to recognize media influences and resist it. By recognizing and resisting the media influence we are able to change ourselves, and some attitudes and opinions that we believe in, which are unconsciously imposed us by the media.
