Yesterday, the Uspacy founding team completed training at the TRMNL4 startup academy. The final pitch day took place at the META office in Warsaw. Imagine this: before the program started, the organizers received 2,105 applications from startups in more than 50 countries. Of these, 1,006 applicants passed the test, 885 presentations were reviewed, 145 startups were invited for interviews, and 52 teams from 21 countries began training at the startup academy. After rigorous preparation, only 10 of the best startups had the opportunity to present their products to a jury of investors and industry leaders! Congrats to the team for another step towards success 💜

A few days ago, the Uspacy team participated in the finals of the Startup World Cup 2024: Ukraine. This is a national selection among hundreds of Ukrainian startups, where the winner will compete for one million dollars on the main stage of the competition in San Francisco. Last month, changes at Uspacy were marked not just by a long list of updates but by an entire product release with new features and introducing entirely new capabilities. You may have watched the presentation, but it’s worth reminding you what we unveiled in August: As a result of rethinking this tool, a new "Tasks" section has been introduced. Previously, it could only be used in CRM, but now Tasks are also available in projects. We've also added advanced filters to the Tasks section! Additionally, when planning Tasks, you can now view availability to find a colleague's free time before involving them. We've thoroughly improved the notification system and its settings. Finally, users can now manage their notifications, turn individual ones on or off, and choose where exactly they want to receive them. While it may seem minor, we've also made a long-awaited update to field settings. Now, you can control their color, see lists in the order you need, or set your custom hint text to fill out any field. Mandatory fields in CRM have been added so managers won’t miss any essential fields when filling out a new client’s card. We’ve launched a new call card for the Ringostat, Unitalk, and Binotel telephony systems. For the Ringostat call tracking service, we now support the transfer of UTM tags for incoming calls. The media viewer in Tasks has been updated. If it already works in the chat, why not add this feature here? Finally, we announced an entirely new Analytics section. This is the first step toward creating a powerful and flexible tool that will allow you to keep all essential business information in one place. Company leaders now have access to the "Company Rhythm" reporting panel with key sales and team productivity metrics, and all employees can use the "My Productivity" panel, where personal efficiency indicators are gathered. You can now access all August updates, so enjoy them, build your company processes, and focus on what matters most.

Even if you have never dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, you should agree that these people have absolute freedom. They are free to choose their own way, to change what they want, and to say "no." And when you really become an entrepreneur, a dilemma arises... On the one hand, you can choose your social circle, team members, partners, and even clients. You have the right to decide who suits you and who your values don’t match with so much that there’s no common future just because you have your own beliefs and wouldn't want toxic people around you. It sounds excellent to say — "I refused a client" or "I rejected an investor." On the other hand, successful entrepreneurs are distinguished by their ability to find a common language, get out of difficult situations, and win where others give up. It's easy to say no to an unpleasant client, but real talent is needed to make them fans of your brand. Of course, there are always nuances. You can negotiate ideally and find a common language even with difficult people. However, in extremely tough situations, let it go quickly, regardless of the income or reputational risks. What do you usually do when difficult people appear in your field of vision?

Independence is not just square kilometers of territory and a flag over our land.  Independence is the people who can think, speak, and act freely.   It is our will to choose our path. The blue stands for the clear sky, a symbol of peace and the future, because Ukrainians are a peace-loving nation that values freedom. We create our product under our flag and are proud to be Ukrainian. We are free, peaceful, hardworking, and open to the civilized world. Glory to Ukraine!

Not at all, as it is a collective process — because there is no leader without a team. Let's never ask whether leaders are born or made. The answer will be clear: leadership is a continuous process of developing and maintaining influence over others to achieve shared strategic goals.
