1. 尚未取票或電子票:
請使用OPENTIX線上退訂功能,至會員>「訂單紀錄>退訂單」勾選欲退項目,完成退訂。※請留意,每日23:30-00:00為系統結算期間,暫停服務。請務必留意退票期限,提前申請。
如無法使用退訂單功能,請至網站填寫詳細票券訂單資料,提出申請;我們會在確認申請項目符合退票規則後,人工執行退票作業。
2. 已取紙本票:
現場辦理:請至影展現場辦理;或至OPENTIX臺北、臺中、臺南、高雄四大服務處臨櫃辦理。
掛號辦理:請將存摺影本、票券、姓名電話等聯絡資訊,掛號郵寄至 OPENTIX 退票小組。
【以「ATM轉帳」付款】
1. 尚未取票或電子票:請於退票截止日前,至網站勾選項目2,附上存摺資料辦理。
2. 已取紙本票:請至影展現場辦理;或至OPENTIX臺北、臺中、臺南、高雄四大服務處臨櫃辦理;或請將存摺影本、票券、姓名電話等聯絡資訊於退票期限前(郵戳為憑),掛號郵寄至「100012臺北市中正區中山南路21-1號 OPENTIX 退票小組收」。票券寄回前請先記下票券上的訂單編號(如:202309050000123-1),以便查詢退票狀況。
※除臨櫃辦理退還現金外,其餘退票方式將在收到申請後,最遲於10個工作日內轉帳至所提供存摺帳戶。
※請留意,ATM轉帳付款時產生的轉帳手續費為銀行收取,如有退票情形(含換、補票及節目異動時的退票),轉帳手續費恕無法一併退還。

2. 每日首場開演前 30 分鐘至末場開演後 20 分鐘。
3. 如購票時使用點數折抵,退票時,系統將扣除退票手續費後,退還點數,再將剩餘款項退回。特別提醒,如退票時(含換、補票及因節目異動之退票),抵用之點數已逾使用效期,OPENTIX將無法以任何形式進行返還、展延。
4. 【優惠組合退票】若購買兩個品項以上之優惠組合,退票須全數辦理退票,或退票後剩餘數量仍符合原優惠組合規則,方可辦理。
5. 【套票退票】套票退票需整套辦理,無法以單張票券申請退票。如購買不同場次票券,最遲需於首場演出日3日前(不含演出日)辦理;套票恕不接受換票。

Special reminders: If a film has one of the following plans, you can’t buy its tickets in a convenience store.
(1) Accessible seats or seats for their company.
(2) Combo tickets and discount tickets with limited amounts or times of using.
(3) A discount plan of over eight tickets at one go.
4. Buy it at the Festival service counter with cash.
※ To maintain your movie-going rights, please pick up your tickets as soon as possible.

2. Get it in a convenience store, using ibons, FamiPorts or Life-ETS (You’ll be charged a commission of NTD10 in a convenience store. Eight tickets at most for each order.)
3. Get it in a domestic mail (with an extra postage of NTD50).
1. You’ll be able to claim a refund ten days before a scheduled screening.
2. For each refund ticket, you’ll be charged 10% processing fee.

How to claim a refund
【When you pay for your ticket with cash or credit cards or digitally】
1. Before you pick up your ticket or if you buy a digital ticket:
Please cancel your booking through the online OPENTIX system. Click Membership > Orders to the item you want and cancel your booking. Beware: We close the account from 23:30 to 00:00 each day. Please claim a refund before the deadline.
If you can’t use the refund system, please fill in your information online. We’ll make sure that it meets our regulations and help you manually.
2. If you’ve got a printed ticket:
Claim a refund onsite: Please do it at the Festival service counter or in one of our service centers in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan or Kaohsiung.
Claim a refund via registered mail: Please send a copy of your passbook (No need to if you pay with a credit card), your ticket, your name and phone number by mail before the deadline (Postmark serves as a proof) to the following address: OPENTIX Refund Center, No.21-1, Zhongshan S. Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City. Before you send the mail, please record the confirmation number (For example: 202101220000123-1) in case you want to make an inquiry.
【Payment by "ATM Transfer"】

※ Except for refunds processed over the counter in cash, other refund methods will have the amount transferred to the provided passbook account within a maximum of 10 working days after receiving the application.
※ Please note, the ATM transfer fees incurred during payment are charged by the bank. In case of ticket refunds (including exchanges, replacements, and program changes), the transfer fees cannot be refunded.

From August 16th (Fri.) to August 20th (Tue) at SBC International Cinemas
From August 21th (Wed.) to August 25th (Sun.) at Vie Show Cinemas Taoyuan Tonlin
From August 26th (Mon.) to August 29th (Thu.) at Zhongli Arts Cinema.
2. Starting 30 minutes before the first screening and ending 20 minutes after the last screening each day.
3. If you redeem your reward points when you pay for your ticket, you’ll get them back and get the remaining amount of money when you claim a refund. Special notice: If the reward points are overdue when you claim a refund (including ticket changes, adjustments and a refund because of the program changes), OPENTIX will not return them to you in any way.
4. Refund of discount combo tickets: If you buy two sets or more combo tickets, you’ll refund them all or claim a refund when the remaining numbers of your tickets still meet the original discount regulations.
5. Refund of combo tickets: You should claim a refund of the whole combo, not of one single ticket. If you buy tickets of different screenings, you’ll claim a refund the latest three days before the first screening (The screening exclude). Also, you’re not allowed to change your combo tickets.
