⭐ Appier Happier Summer Intern: I-Hsin Cheng 🚀 Growing Through Flexibility and Collaboration at Appier 🚀 Hello, I'm Richard! I'm currently studying Computer Science at National Cheng Kung University. During my summer internship at Appier, I had the chance to immerse myself in an environment that blends flexibility with efficiency. From the first day, I found the office to be an active yet calm space where I could focus and perform at my best. As someone who values flexibility, I felt that Appier’s culture perfectly fit me. I was free to manage my time and, more importantly, encouraged to share my thoughts with the team. This openness and a strong sense of collaboration made my experience incredibly rewarding. Despite the freedom, the team consistently maintained high performance—a testament to the self-motivated and driven people I was fortunate to work with. The environment was fast-paced but always upbeat, creating an atmosphere where growth felt natural and exciting. The projects I worked on during my internship were challenging yet familiar, but the intensity at Appier pushed me to grow as an engineer. It wasn’t just about delivering results; it was about honing my ability to adapt, collaborate, and think strategically in a team setting. 🌟 Internship Spotlight: Jieruei Chang 🚀 A Summer of Innovation and Growth at Appier 🌟 Hi, I’m Jieruei! As a rising freshman at MIT, I had the opportunity to intern as a backend engineer at Appier this summer. Each day at Appier was a new learning experience, filled with challenges I eagerly embraced. My work often involved problem-solving, experimenting with different approaches, and documenting my findings. The guidance and support from my mentors, who were always patient and ready to help, were invaluable in my journey. Adjusting to Appier’s warm and welcoming environment was a breeze, though I was particularly thankful for the office’s air conditioning amidst Taiwan’s heat. The friendships I formed and the collaborative culture at Appier gave me a deep appreciation for their commitment to innovation. The most rewarding aspect of my internship was undoubtedly the people at Appier. Their genuine enthusiasm for computer science was infectious, and I quickly learned the importance of teamwork. Through my experiences, I honed my communication skills, learned to tailor presentations for different audiences, and embraced challenges as opportunities to develop creative solutions. In summary, my summer at Appier was an incredible experience. The hands-on learning and exceptional mentorship provided me with invaluable insights. If I had to describe Appier in a single sentence, it would be: Appier is where cutting-edge artificial intelligence meets genuine human enthusiasm.
