TV show description:
Based on a UK TV series, this dramedy explores the trials and tribulations of two people who have been emotionally damaged and are trying to find love and companionship — for the second time.
Alex Taylor (Hank Azaria) is newly divorced, missing his kids, and trying to keep himself together. Alex’s co-worker is Helen (Kathryn Hahn). She thinks she has it all together, but in truth drinks too much because she’s trying to cope with her fiancé Pete’s untimely passing from a heart attack a year earlier. The two overworked public relations executives share an ill-fated night of alcohol and passion and are forced to cope with the awkward aftermath.
While Alex and Helen try to figure out their lives and potential relationship, their co-workers at the PR firm of Hale Dayton Associates try to do anything to get them back into the dating game. Stephen (Anthony Head) is the office boss who’s concerned about Alex’s emotional stability but really just needs him to focus on his work. Dan (Mo Mandel) is a bachelor who’s in search of a wingman and Gregg (Al Madrigal) is the nerdy, lone husband of the group.
Alex’s spitfire assistant, Emma (Natasha Leggero), always has a quick comeback and the building’s security guard, Walter (Joe Lo Truglio), is always ready to share a little sage advice. Together, this motley and often dysfunctional group takes on a new level of damage control.
Episode eight — Sexin’ the Raisin
Helen works on a campaign to make Oregon raisins more sexy while Alex strikes up a relationship with a woman in his building.
Did not air on NBC but was released online on January 16, 2012

Utter failure. Try again NBC.
I’ve seen the original UK version and it wasn’t that great (and was quite explicit in the language/topics). I’m not expecting to watch beyond the pilot, but who knows, maybe it will be better than the original.
Will not be watching any new NBC shows. Tired of getting interested in a show and having these idiots cancel it, for example Chase most recent show of stupidity on the part of NBC to cancel another excellent program.
