TV show description:
This half-hour comedy series follows Pete (Pete Holmes), a sheltered suburbanite who married his childhood sweetheart and dreams of being a successful stand-up comic. When Pete discovers his wife Jessica (Lauren Lapkus) is cheating on him, his world devolves into chaos.
Armed with little more than naivete, Pete plunges into the deep end of the tough, competitive New York comedy scene.
As Pete seeks at a New York comedy club, he becomes friends with the cynical Artie Lange (Artie Lange). The comedian offers him some pizza, advice, and a couch on which to crash.
While learning life lessons in the Big Apple, Pete continues to crash on other people’s couches.

I really enjoyed watching fledgling comedians break into the comedy scene and I appreciated Pete Holmes attempts to elevate standup comedy. The bravery, emotional flexibility and quick wit of these young comedians as they tried again and again to succeed on stage through much rejection was very inspiring to watch.
Pete’s poignant adventures off stage with so many unique characters added true depth to this series as well!
NOOOOOOOO!!! Love Crashing! Pete Holmes is my new favorite comedian! The show is funny and different (not the same crap you see all the time on regular network tv) Please don’t cancel! Why don’t you try a different time slot? Please don’t cancel, this is the funniest show i have seen in a long time!
